which language can you do for the solutions?
The main communication will be in English ideally so we can consult you the best. After that, the solution’s appearance can be delivered in any language you desire.
how long for the Free consulting?
After you contact us, our account manager will reach out in 24 hours and consult you for free. The process will take from 30 mins to 2 hours, depends on what kind of solution you’re looking for.
I don't even know the problem, can you just check?
No worry, then the problem is to find the problem. And we will help you find it and solve it. Nothing is impossible.
do i have to pay for the consulting?
Fortunately no, we won’t charge you for the consulting. So please feel free to contact us!
what is the process?
1. Consult you for free and propose the best solutions.
2. Develop (agile) the solution you chose and keep you in the loop
3. Deliver the solution (tested).
4. You give final feedback and we adjust and deliver final product.
how long will it take normally?
Time to deliver is depended on the scale and scope of work. If the solution is complex and requires many functions/features, it will take some time. Fortunately, our agile development will allows us to deliver the solutions by phases. Meaning that you will be able to use the solution even when it’s not completed yet.
Can i do any refund?
For our subscription services (web add-on, maintenance, etc..), you can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us.
For the customize solution service, we will try our best to make you happy. Unfortunately the nature of this work doesn’t allow us to do refund though.
